• Schedule Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. In-Office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and greeting the public in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Operate the switchboard phone lines.
• Prepares documents for imaging.
• Assists in packing and preparing employees shipments.
• Prepares copies according to customer specification.
• Ensures all domestic and international shipments are processed and logbooks are maintained.
• Receives shipments from various couriers and processes shipment by sorting and delivering.

Requirements:

• Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to answer the phone and greet the public in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Previous experience as a receptionist is a plus.
• Must have great PC skills.
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
• Work well under pressure and with high workloads.
• Express ideas clearly and show sensitivity to others needs. 
• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Reliability is key: Must be able to show up to work on time every day.
