Job Title: Formulator Location: Cayey, PR
Pay Rate: $14.00/hour Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Formulator to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for weighing, preparing, recording, and documenting ingredients used in the manufacturing process. The Formulator ensures compliance with QSR, ISO, safety, and environmental regulations, while maintaining equipment and workspaces to the highest standard. Must be able to work all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd). Key Responsibilities

• Weigh and verify ingredients using calibrated laboratory equipment in accordance with approved procedures.
• Prepare solutions for manufacturing.
• Accurately record production data in line with QSR and ISO standards.
• Maintain formulation area and equipment, following good laboratory practices.
• Interpret batch records and calculate ingredient proportions per approved procedures.
• Plan work to meet production schedules and resolve routine issues.
• Actively participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in Science or related field. Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Experience: Minimum of 12 months in a laboratory setting or 2 years in a manufacturing environment.

Working Conditions

• Medium physical demand: standing, walking, moderate lifting, and carrying.
• Exposure to noise and odors.
• Minor hazard with proper use of safety equipment.
