Job Specifications:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Weyauwega, WI
• Pay Rate: $23/HR
• Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Load, unload, and transport products within the warehouse and onto delivery vehicles
• Inspect forklifts daily and report any malfunctions or safety concerns
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control
• Ensure all products are handled and stored according to company standards
• Support shipping and receiving processes as needed
• Uphold all workplace safety guidelines and procedures
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to achieve productivity goals

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid forklift operator certification/license required
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and protocols
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
