Pay Rate: $19.50/hr

Shift: Rotating 2/2/3 12 hrs 6am-6:30pm

What's a typical day as a Forklift Operator? 

  • Operating certified forklifts—including Raymond stand-up forklifts and tall mast forklifts—to support fast-paced production environments
  • Staging, picking up, delivering, and putting away materials to production areas, ambient rooms, and cold rooms, ensuring timely delivery to avoid production delays
  • Reading and verifying all pallets to ensure accurate transportation to the correct location, maintaining inventory accuracy
  • Completing forklift training, shop floor environmental awareness training, and following company SOPs and job instructions to support production and inventory adjustments

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have experience operating Raymond forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and tall mast forklifts (cherry picker experience is a plus)
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED 
  • Are task-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Can accurately read and handle pallet information to ensure correct material movement
  • Are committed to workplace safety and following detailed procedures
