Pay Range:  $26-$31 per hour based on experience.

What's a typical day as a Fixed Assets Analyst? You'll be:
  • Recording the cost of newly acquired assets, tracking existing fixed assets, transferring assets between entities, and accounting for the disposition of fixed assets
  • Monitoring and processing transactions on a daily basis
  • Reviewing and analyzing fixed asset addition support to ensure compliance with current capitalization policy
  • Serving as the primary liaison to research and resolve asset inquiries
  • Coordinating and assisting with daily/weekly/monthly audits on fixed asset additions, transfers, and disposals to ensure proper set up and documentation
  • Conducting analysis related to fixed assets as requested by management
  • Supporting external audit requirements and maintenance of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance reporting and documentation
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of fixed asset accounting
  • Have experience with ERP accounting software
  • Are process-oriented with strong attention to detail and organization
  • Can effectively manage multiple activities or sources of information
  • Have an understanding of SOX requirements
  • Have an intermediate to expert level of MS Excel knowledge
  • Are able to commit to a temporary project
