Job Specifications:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Chesapeake, VA
• Pay Rate: $15/hr
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts; 8-hour shifts on Saturday

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily Work In Progress (WIP) counts and ensure accuracy against production schedules.
• Scan all WIP items as they exit the production areas and before being moved to staging locations.
• Communicate WIP inventory discrepancies or shortages to Production Planners for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Production Planners to track and locate WIP inventory required for upcoming production cycles.
• Participate in physical inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels of WIP materials and items.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate (required).
• Achieve 80% or above on math tests (required).
• Flexible with working hours and available for overtime.
• Able to lift 20lbs+ frequently
