Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Chesapeake, VA
- Pay Rate: $15/hr
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts; 8-hour shifts on Saturday
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily Work In Progress (WIP) counts and ensure accuracy against production schedules.
- Scan all WIP items as they exit the production areas and before being moved to staging locations.
- Communicate WIP inventory discrepancies or shortages to Production Planners for timely resolution.
- Collaborate with Production Planners to track and locate WIP inventory required for upcoming production cycles.
- Participate in physical inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels of WIP materials and items.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate (required).
- Achieve 80% or above on math tests (required).
- Flexible with working hours and available for overtime.
- Able to lift 20lbs+ frequently
