What's a Typical Day Like as a Financial Analyst?
In this pivotal role, you will investigate, analyze, and prepare invoices that adhere to contractual agreements while aligning with our company's controls and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Applying customer contract provisions to generate accurate invoices, estimates, and quotes.
  • Analyzing invoices for internal corrections prior to submission, ensuring the accuracy of sales order materials and labor charges.
  • Reconciling customer accounts with their accounts receivable.
  • Meeting internal and customer metrics related to invoice timeliness and accuracy.

The Financial Analyst Role Might Be Perfect for You If You Have:
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel is essential.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree or a Bachelor's degree in progress, along with relevant work experience.
