Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$29/hr

What's a typical day as a Field Superintendent? You'll be:
• Planning and coordinating daily construction activities for commercial projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.
• Communicating project priorities to subcontractors and field staff, while managing the punch list and closeout process.
• Collaborating with the Project Manager on project scheduling and addressing any changed conditions notifications.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management or related training.
• Possess strong organizational skills and can effectively manage project documentation and communication.
• Hold a valid and insurable driver's license and are able to pass an industry-standard background check for schools and hospitals.
