Kelly Engineering has an outstanding contract to hire Facilities Technician position with an innovative company experiencing dynamic growth in Petaluma, CA. This position offers a pay rate up to $43 per hour, unlimited growth potential and a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire safety, and security
• Perform routine facility inspections and identify issues early
• Complete preventive maintenance based on set schedules
• Respond quickly to urgent repairs and emergency situations
• Document all work performed clearly and accurately
• Support moves, renovations, equipment installs, and facility upgrades
• Manage tools, supplies, and spare parts inventory
• Work with outside vendors and contractors when needed
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Facilities Technician
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other building systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to adapt quickly
• Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and work orders
• Experience with CMMS or maintenance software is helpful
