Job Title: Facilities Technician
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Near Alliance Airport)
Pay Rate: $26.00/hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Regular | Non-Exempt

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Facilities Technician to support day-to-day maintenance operations at our manufacturing and office facility in Fort Worth. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining building systems—including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general mechanical—in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with broad technical knowledge, strong troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient facility. This role includes preventative and corrective maintenance, equipment moves, vendor coordination, and emergency response when needed.
Key Responsibilities-
Perform routine maintenance and repair on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Respond to work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and implement repairs efficiently.

Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address potential issues.

Coordinate with outside contractors and service providers as needed.

Assist in moving equipment and setting up spaces for events or operational needs.

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and parts usage in CMMS (SAP).

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S principles.

Support emergency repairs and be available for occasional overtime, weekend, or on-call coverage.

Prior experience as a facilities technician or maintenance mechanic in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

Knowledge of building systems including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.

Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.

Proficient in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.

Familiarity with maintenance management software (CMMS experience preferred).

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.

Flexible availability including willingness to work overtime or respond to after-hours issues.
