Grounds Crew Member- Early Morning Shift 

Job Summary: Join a dedicated team at our customer site located in Monett MO as a Grounds Crew Member, where you will work alongside seasoned professionals to maintain our stunning 136-acre campus. This position involves a mix of outdoor tasks including mowing, pruning, irrigation, and dirt work. During the winter, your focus will shift to ensuring campus safety by clearing snow and ice. Job Specifications:

  • Job Type: Temp to Hire with Full-time hours 
  • Location: Monett, MO
  • Pay: $$17.00 an hour 
  • Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
  • Start Date: 5/12/25 or later
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct general maintenance and grounds upkeep, including mowing, weed eating, fertilizing, and leaf collection.
  • Assist with internal relocations by moving and arranging furniture and equipment.
  • Participate in heavy grounds maintenance and light irrigation tasks.
  • Ensure cleanliness of work areas and perform tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum of 9 months of general labor experience.
  • Experience with heavy equipment is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance such as carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and furniture arrangement.
  • Ability to operate equipment such as mowers, tractors, forklifts, and skid steers.
