Facilities Engineer

Facilities Engineer Key Responsibilities: System Oversight to Strategic projects: Design and optimize HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems to ensure operational efficiency and reliability. Maintenance Repairs:
  • Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance activities to Key projects, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Project Management: Lead facility-related construction, renovation, and upgrade projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Compliance Safety: Ensure all facility operations comply with local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Vendor Contractor Coordination: Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effective delivery of specialized services.
  • Space Planning Improvements:Evaluate and implement facility layout changes to support evolving business needs and improve operational workflows. Energy Management: Develop and implement energy conservation initiatives and sustainability programs to reduce environmental impact and operating costs.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering a plus or Equivalent Experience 
  • 5+ years of experience in facility engineering or building systems management.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
  • Proven experience managing capital projects and vendor relationships. Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
