Join Our Team as a Facilities Assistant / Office Coordinator!
Location: Morristown, NJ
Pay Range: $26–$32/hr
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Are you an organized, people-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic workplace? We're looking for a Facilities Assistant / Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our Morristown office and the backbone of our daily operations.
What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist visitors, guests, and employees with a professional, friendly approach
  • Manage front desk and reception duties, phone calls, and office logistics
  • Oversee daily facility operations (cleanliness, vendor coordination, maintenance support)
  • Coordinate events, meeting room setups, and on-site catering needs
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and vendor quotes with accuracy
  • Support new hire onboarding/offboarding and overall office experience
  • Partner with landlords, vendors, and staff to maintain a smooth, efficient workplace
What We're Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in office coordination, facilities, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication — both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP experience a plus
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
