Executive Assistant – Indianapolis, IN
Pay: $42 – $47/hr
Kelly® is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant IV to support senior leaders at a multinational corporation specializing in engines and powertrains. This role offers growth, professional development, and the chance to be part of a DEI-focused, globally distributed team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and high-volume meetings across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate interviews, focus groups, 1:1s, and employee engagement forums.
• Monitor shared inboxes, route inquiries, and escalate as needed.
• Prepare agendas, notes, action items, and meeting recaps.
• Arrange travel, expenses, and presentations; maintain confidentiality.
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts, propose solutions, and keep stakeholders informed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required; AA/AS degree preferred
• 3+ years administrative/executive support experience.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient with email/calendar suites, spreadsheets, slides, and video conferencing.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and handle confidential information.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
