Job Title: Entry-Level Machine Operator – 3rd Shift (Overnight)
Location: South Windsor, CT 06074
Pay Rate: $18.35 per hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 12-hour rotating schedule (includes rotating Saturdays)
Overtime: Mandatory as needed

Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our overnight production team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with warehouse experience who are looking to start or grow their career in manufacturing. In this role, you will assist with machine operations to help ensure a smooth and efficient production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up and operating manufacturing machines

  • Monitor equipment to ensure proper functionality and product quality

  • Load raw materials and move finished products to appropriate locations

  • Follow all company safety protocols, including wearing required PPE

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

  • Complete basic production and quality documentation

  • Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

  • Ability to work a 12-hour overnight shift with rotating Saturdays

  • Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed

  • Must wear steel toe boots while on site

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Must be reliable and have consistent attendance

Break Schedule:

  • Two paid 15-minute breaks

  • One unpaid 30-minute meal break
