1st Shift: 6:15am-2:30pm
Pay: $18/hr
 

The Assembler I is a cross-functional role responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the manufacturing process, including cable building, racking, and cabling. This position supports the full production cycle and requires individuals who are adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both seated and physically active environments. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
Cable Building (Seated Workstation)

  • Assemble cable components according to digital work instructions. 
  • Test and label cables for quality assurance. 
  • Meet daily production targets (e.g., 40 sets/day). 
  • Requires strong hand dexterity and attention to detail. 
 
Racking: 
  • Unpack and assemble heavy racking equipment (2–60 lbs). 
  • Use electric and air-powered tools to build racks up to 9 feet tall. 
  • Work on ladders up to 9 feet off the ground. 
  • Perform team lifts for items over 35 lbs. 
 
Cabling: 
  • Install and connect cables to components and between racks. 
  • Route cables on overhead trays up to 9 feet high. 
  • Follow detailed written instructions for system connectivity. 
  • Occasional team lifting up to 50 lbs. 
 
Physical Requirements: 
  •  Standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift (except during cable building). 
  •  Lifting up to 35 lbs independently and up to 65+ lbs with assistance. 
  •  Climbing ladders and working at heights up to 9 feet. 
  •  Use of hand tools and power tools. 
  • Steel-toed shoes required. 
 
Qualifications: 
  •  High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 
  • Previous experience in manufacturing environments is a plus. 
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams. 
  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. 
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team 
  • Ability to follow dress codes and present yourself professionally
