On behalf of a leading manufacturer of power distribution centers and enclosures
Positions Available:
- Wiring Associates – 1st & 2nd Shift
- Electronic Assemblers – 1st & 2nd Shift
Shifts:
• 1st Shift: 5:30 am – 3:30 pm
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm – 1:30 am
• 4-Day Work Week (OT may be required on Fridays) Wiring Associate – Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Label, lug, terminate, and route control wire throughout the building
- Assemble electrical components using hand tools (wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers)
- Operate portable power tools and work on ladders
- Read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Assemble a wide variety of electronic and electromechanical components
- Utilize small hand tools for assembly
- Operate portable power tools and ladders
- Lift up to 50 lbs. (team lift or use lifting aids for weights above 50 lbs.)
- Able to work on ladders
- Sit, stand, bend for extended periods
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- Ability to read and interpret production documents and work instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills in standardized situations
- Must have own flat blade and Philips screwdrivers (1 large and 1 small of each preferred)
- $1,000 sign-on bonus at 6 months, plus an additional $1,000 at 12 months
