Join Our Team as a VS4 Non-Builder (Electronic Assembler/Support)!
Location: Elgin, IL

At Kelly®, we're excited to offer you the chance to join the innovative team in Motorola Solutions! We are looking for a VS4 Non-Builder to support our electronic assembly process. If you have a keen eye for detail and hands-on skills, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic environment. Join us where innovation meets craftsmanship!

Shift & Pay:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM ($16/hr)
  • 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM ($17.50/hr)

What You'll Do:

  • Unpack components and handle materials needed for the assembly process.
  • Pack finished products and parts for shipping.
  • Report to the shift supervisor and utilize basic computer skills to assist with tasks.

Physical Requirements:

  • Stand and move around the work area for the entire shift.
  • Lift up to 35 lbs unassisted and up to 50+ lbs with a team lift.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous assembly or electronics experience is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to stand and move around the work area for the entire shift.
  • Strong willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
  • Basic Computer Skills and Key Entry is required
