Now Hiring: Electronic Assembler

Location: Duluth, Minnesota
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented Electronic Assemblers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting electronic components and products to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for electronics manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electronic components and circuit boards according to schematics, blueprints, or work instructions.
  • Solder and connect wires, terminals, and other electrical components using hand tools and soldering equipment.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure proper function and adherence to specifications.
  • Identify and troubleshoot assembly defects and report issues to supervisors.
  • Operate testing equipment to verify product performance and reliability.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and engineers to improve assembly processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification in electronics or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in electronic assembly, soldering, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for precise assembly work.
  • Basic understanding of electronic components and circuits.
  • Ability to use hand tools, soldering irons, and testing equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
