Electrical Assembler – Join our Team!

Location: Windsor CT 06095
Pay:

  • 1st Shift: $20/hr (Raise after 90 days) – Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: $21.40/hr (Raise after 90 days) – Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing as an Electrical Assembler:

 Assembling & Wiring: Build electrical components and wire equipment using hand tools, power tools, and soldering irons, crimping.
 Soldering & Splicing: Work in a garage or workshop setting to solder and connect electrical components with precision.? Blueprint Reading: Schematics Interpret assembly and sub-assembly drawings and sketches to ensure accurate builds.
 Organization & Housekeeping: Keep your work area clean and maintain production logs to track progress.
 Collaboration: Work as part of a skilled technical team, ensuring high-quality production.

Is This Job Right for You?

This role is an outstanding fit if you:
 Have experience assembling industrial electrical components, wiring instruments, crimping, wire harness & soldering.
 Can safely operate hand tools, measuring devices, and soldering irons in a production or garage setting.
 Are comfortable moving through restricted spaces, climbing ladders while carrying up to 50 lbs, and standing for long periods.
 Have strong attention to detail and can work independently or as part of a team.
 1+ year of experience preferred (but if you're a quick learner with a great attitude, we want to hear from you!).
 Can use and interpret drawings, measuring scales, and tape measures with confidence.
 Are familiar with tablets, computers, and digital systems used in modern assembly environments.

Education & Requirements:

 High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
 Technical training in electronics, soldering, or electrical assembly is a plus!
