What's a typical day as an Education Specialist? You'll be:
• Coordinating communication with the Commercial Education training team to support all learning activities.
• Managing email communications, including confirmation emails and welcome letters to attendees.
• Overseeing course rosters, tracking learner attendance, and assisting with metrics data entry.
• Preparing event materials, managing training budgets, and supporting logistic needs.
• Engaging with vendors to order necessary materials and supplies for training events.
• Providing on-site support when needed and ensuring compliance with health care guidelines.
• Managing SharePoint content and participating in ad hoc projects as required.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant event coordination experience.
• Posses excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required).
• Have experience with event management systems and knowledge of CSS companies.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
