What's a typical day as a Document Control Assistant? You'll be:
• Managing the lifecycle of customer documents, from intake to scanning, ensuring high standards of quality control throughout the process.
• Handling document intake, tracking, inventory control, and returning documents.
• Executing production activities according to customer project priorities, including scanning, document preparation, indexing, and image processing.
• Reviewing projects to determine the type of work required and inspecting documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Inspecting and maintaining equipment and supplies to ensure operational standards are met.
• Working closely with the branch manager and clients to establish and uphold production and quality control standards.
• Assisting in planning production schedules, maintaining records, monitoring inventory, and reporting on metrics.
• Assisting with document pick-up and drop-off as needed.
• Performing other tasks as assigned to support the team and operational goals.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Can handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and align operations with business objectives.
• Are self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and resourcefully with minimal supervision.
• Have proven experience in building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Are proficient in computer technology and software applications, including Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe software.
• Have knowledge of document imaging principles and mechanics.
