Day Shift

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Shipping Coordinator and play a pivotal role in establishing a best-in-class Shipping and Order Fulfillment operation. This exciting opportunity, located in a high-volume manufacturing environment, invites you to collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Customer Support, and Supply Chain teams. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction as you manage inventory, shipping, and receiving processes. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Wilson, OR
- Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr DOE
- Shift: Day shift


Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct inventory audits, reconciliations, and inspections of finished goods and raw materials.
- Monitor and address any shipping issues or delays promptly.
- Create shipping documents and reports for both international and domestic shipments.
- Assist with Quality Assurance assessments for discrepancy reports related to material handling.
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions while updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Maintain a well-organized work environment (5S) to promote a smooth flow of materials and documents.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Resolve transportation carrier issues and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently across the organization.
- Operate material handling equipment such as electronic lifts and pallet jacks as needed.
- Continuously improve the quality system to meet quality objectives through daily actions.
- Inspect materials for correct lot numbers, quantities, expiration dates, and damages prior to shipping.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in roles requiring attention to detail and documentation.
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes (pick/pack/QC/ship) for custom products is ideal.
- Functional knowledge of international shipping, shipment booking, and inventory control.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work safely with chemicals and hazardous materials.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strongly Preferred:
- Experience with FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, DHL Easyship, and other online booking systems.
- Familiarity with MRP software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).
- Ability to work in ISO, GMP, and LEAN manufacturing environments.
- Training in CAPA, HAZMAT, Chemical Hazards, Forklift, and Safety.
