PCBA Rework Technician
Direct Hire Opportunity
If you are ready to work with a growing company on exciting projects at an industry leader than Kelly Services has an opportunity for you as a PCBA Rework Technician, in Carson City, NV Our client is looking for a qualified candidate who has experience working with circuit boards and has past rework experience.  

This is a direct hire, 1st Shift Opportunity. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed visual inspections to identify defects products. 
  • Repair solder joints, replace components and fix circuitry as required to meet all requirements.
  • Document these activities
Requirements and Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required. 
  • Understand electrical and mechanical components is a huge plus
  • Able to perform procedures according to written guidelines and recognize a deviation from accepted practice.
  • Must have strong communication skills, both written and oral, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • PCBA experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Able to clearly communicate problems and observations with management from other departments.
  • A passion for your work is a must!
