Kelly is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to work with our premier client in the Environmental Services industry on a direct hire basis! This is an excellent opportunity to support the marketing and sales initiatives of a talented team while enjoying ample opportunity for learning and growth within the organization.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will handle the following responsibilities:

  • Content Calendar Management
  • Build and maintain monthly and quarterly content calendars
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align content with campaign objectives and seasonality
  • Content Creation & Scheduling
  • Design and create eye-catching imagery for social media using tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite
  • Produce both short-form informal video (Reels, Stories, Shorts) and more structured video content for YouTube
  • Write compelling, on-brand captions that drive engagement and conversation
  • Write blog and organize webinar content to support thought leadership and brand positioning
  • Posting & Engagement
  • Schedule and publish content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X LinkedIn, and Website Blog
  • Monitor social channels daily for comments, messages, and mentions—respond promptly and professionally
  • Actively engage with the community to grow followers and nurture brand loyalty
  • Best Practices & Optimization
  • Stay up-to-date on platform trends, algorithm changes, and audience behavior
  • Implement social media best practices for post timing, formatting, and hashtag use
  • Optimize YouTube titles, thumbnails, and descriptions for maximum visibility
  • Internal Collaboration
  • Be responsive to internal content requests and feedback
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to highlight projects, success stories, and seasonal updates
  • Tracking & Reporting
  • Use platforms like Loomly, Salesforce, and native analytics to measure KPIs
  • Report monthly on engagement, growth, impressions, and campaign performance
  • Make strategic content adjustments based on data insights Qualifications:
    • Relevant experience in social media marketing or digital communications
    • Experience with tools such as Loomly, Photoshop, Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio, ChatGPT and basic CRM/reporting tools (Salesforce a plus)
    • Strong visual eye for branding and design
    • Able to follow and recommend social content trends
    • Excellent grammar, copywriting, and storytelling skills
    • Comfortable shooting and editing quick smartphone video and managing light video production
    • Highly organized multitasker with strong attention to detail
    • Able to scan and manage multiple platforms throughout the day
    Bonus Qualities:
    • Experience in landscaping, green industry, or agriculture communications
    • Photography or video editing portfolio
    • Knowledge of SEO and paid social basics
    • Passion or curiosity for sustainability, trees, pollinators, and nature-focused storytelling
