Digital Accessibility Associate – State of Arizona | Phoenix, AZ
Kelly® is hiring a Digital Accessibility Associate to join the State of Arizona in Phoenix, AZ. Help make government documents accessible to all residents while gaining valuable experience in a professional government environment.

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Employment: 3-month assignment

Location: Remote after initial training
-
Training: 1–2 weeks in-person at the Department of Revenue

Work with a respected government agency and gain hands-on experience in digital accessibility
What you'll do:
-
Make PDF documents usable for people with disabilities by fixing issues, adding tags, proper reading order, and alt text for images
-
Correct layout and structural issues to meet accessibility standards

Use accessibility software to ensure documents are compliant and user-friendly
-
Follow established processes and compliance guidelines consistently
-
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve document-related issues
Skills & Knowledge Needed:
-
Strong attention to detail and precision
-
Analytical mindset and ability to understand complex document layouts
-
Comfortable learning and using new software and tools
-
Ability to follow structured processes and strict compliance requirements
-
Experience using business software applications
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
-
Experience with HTML/CSS or web content structure
-
Familiarity with Title II of the ADA and WCAG 2.1 Level AA
-
Accessibility certifications (IAAP CPACC or similar)
-
Prior experience with Grackle and Adobe Acrobat Pro
