**Great Role for an Entry-Level Engineer (Mechanical, Biomedical)**
Role & Responsibilities
- Support contact lens design, research, and development.
- Support the development and implementation of innovative designs of ophthalmic devices (e.g. contact lenses) utilizing optical and mechanical modeling / design systems and statistical analysis.
- Assist in product design, contact lens development projects, and be product advocate throughout the product development and commercialization process.
- Provide support towards the design and development of contact lenses by participating in project teams as a product advocate, and in support of the lead design engineer. May lead some project team meetings and tasks.
- Perform data analysis and statistical analysis of processing data during product development. Use the results to make decisions of medium impact to project objectives.
- Support the preparation of design documentation including models, specifications, and release documents.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or biomedical engineering
- CAD Experience highly preferred
