Location: Port Washington, NY
Pay Rate: $47.86/hr.
Shifts Available: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week) - Hybrid – 2 days onsite
Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the profit and growth of North America Wholesale division by creating and managing forecasts for supply planning

Create demand plans at customer, brand, and SKU level using both quantitative and qualitative metrics
-
Analyze data and business indicators to support effective decision-making
-
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Planning, Customer Service, and more to ensure optimal inventory and service levels
Must-Haves:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or related fields
-
5+ years of experience in demand planning or a similar role
-
Strong quantitative and analytical mindset; ability to derive insights from data
-
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP
-
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF statements, etc.)

Experience with enterprise/legacy databases; ability to extract and synthesize data

Skilled in data analysis, report creation, and presentation building

Familiarity with planning software

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
-
Agile mindset; fast learner with ability to understand complex data

Experience leading meetings and influencing team members

Working knowledge of fashion industry sales cycles and order management
