We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Foster City, CA (94404). In this role, you'll manage event and financial data in systems like CVENT and Smartsheet, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely program close-out.

Pay Rate: $29.45/hr
Essential Job Functions:

Enter and manage budget-related event and financial data in CVENT, Smartsheet, and other systems with accuracy and compliance.

Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency; correct errors as needed.

Conduct data quality assurance checks and resolve inconsistencies.

Maintain event records and supporting documents (contracts, invoices, reports).

Collaborate with Meetings & Events teams to ensure timely program close-out and accurate reporting.

Support SOPs, process improvements, and integrations related to data entry and quality.
Must-Haves:
-
2–3 years of data entry experience, preferably with strong CVENT expertise (including budget modules).

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, etc.).

Experience with data validation, quality assurance, and process improvement.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
