Overview:

As a Data Entry Rep, you'll play a key role in handling intraocular lens (IOL) implant data and supporting clinical operations by managing Patient Reply Cards (PRCs). This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals looking to grow in a healthcare-related data environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and verify PRC data using SAP and internal databases

Process incoming mail and coordinate with vendors for scanning and shipping

Maintain organized spreadsheets and performance databases for monthly reporting

Support the PRC Billing Team with reporting and invoice processing

Audit and batch PRC cards, identifying issues before data entry

Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies
What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or equivalent

1–2 years of relevant work experience (data entry, administrative support, or healthcare operations preferred)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with SAP or willingness to learn
