What's a typical day as a Data Entry Operator II?

You'll be:

  • Performing high-volume data entry with a high level of accuracy (10,000+ keystrokes per hour)

  • Managing electronic files (printing, copying, transferring, deleting)

  • Accessing and maintaining computer databases

  • Entering data for envelopes, labels, form letters, and correspondence

  • Formatting and producing documents

  • Working with numerical data (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

  • Detecting and correcting data errors

  • Using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and other office software

  • Operating basic office equipment such as photocopiers and binding machines

  • Following instructions to support efficient administrative operations

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • Proven experience with high-volume, accurate data entry

  • Strong attention to detail and error detection skills

  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including office software

  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions

  • Comfort working with numbers and maintaining databases

Additional Details:
  • Contract length: 6 months

  • Work arrangement: Remote

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
