Pay Rate: $25/HR Brief Description:
We are seeking a Data Entry Operator I to provide temporary billing support for OHC services. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking communications and documents sent to the County, formatting Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), completing County documentation, submitting EOBs and related documents, and updating the County's Electronic Health Records (EHR). This short-term assignment requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage communications and documentation sent to the County
- Format Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
- Complete all required County documentation
- Submit EOBs and supporting documentation to the County
- Update the County's Electronic Health Records (EHR) accurately
- Detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous data entry experience
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
