Job Title: Cycle Counter

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Columbus, IN
- Pay Rate: $16.50/hr
- Shift: A Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular and precise cycle counts following established procedures.
- Accurately report inventory counts and identify discrepancies.
- Investigate causes of inventory variances and assist in resolution.
- Communicate inventory or system issues to supervisors or team leads.
- Maintain daily documentation and keep inventory records up-to-date.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Comply with all safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Contribute to 5S initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Propose at least two improvement ideas each month.
- Undertake additional duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED certification.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic mathematical skills and data entry accuracy.
- Physical ability to walk extensively, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Capability to exert 25–100 lbs of force occasionally and move objects frequently using 10–20 lbs of force.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Basic computer skills are advantageous.
- Completion of required training programs.
