Kelly Services is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service to our employees across the AMER region. If you're a problem-solver with a passion for helping others, this is your chance to shine.

What You'll Do:

• Provide first-level support for payroll, HR, compliance, and more
• Respond to employee inquiries via phone and case system
• Assist during emergency situations across the AMER region
• Collaborate with interpreters when needed
• Document all interactions in our case management tool
• Meet performance goals like First Call Resolution and Customer Satisfaction

Schedule & Availability:

• Shifts fall between 8am–8pm ET, Monday–Friday
• All candidates must work two late shifts (11am–8pm ET) weekly
• Role offers 28–40 hours/week
• Full-time availability is required
