Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$17.00 per hour

What's a typical day as Customer Support Lead? You'll be:
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor in all customer interactions, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text messaging, ensuring timely resolution of questions and concerns.
• Processing orders and modifications accurately while documenting customer interactions and collaborating with internal team members as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, along with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional when handling stressed or upset customers.
• Are comfortable working with computers for accurate data entry and have strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Are available to work extended hours and some weekends during peak season (August–November), with hours from 8 am – 5 pm.
