Global Customer Success Program Designer
Location: Lawrenceville, GA
Temporary 4 month contract

 

As the Global Customer Success Program Designer, you will act as the chief architect responsible for designing and organizing the foundational elements of a global Customer Success Program. Your work will focus on enabling scalable education, engagement, and support strategies to transform how we serve our customers. You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are comfortable adapting as priorities and projects evolve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and documentation of global Customer Success programs by assessing the current state, defining the aspirational future state for each team, and outlining the strategic steps required to achieve that vision.

  • Own and execute Phase II of Customer Journey Mapping, developing a clear action plan to assess current performance, identify top priorities, and engage relevant stakeholders for implementation in Phase III.

  • Create and streamline onboarding plans for Customer Success teams, ensuring seamless integration of new team members through resource alignment, knowledge sharing, goal clarity, and coaching.

  • Drive continuous role-specific professional development by curating educational content and providing access to innovative research and best practices for Customer Success professionals.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and project management efforts to ensure alignment across departments and successful execution of Customer Success initiatives.

  • Launch and manage a Customer Success community feedback program to systematically gather, analyze, and act on input, driving ongoing improvements to team performance and customer experience.

Skills, Experience & Knowledge

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, Consulting, or similar role

  • Strong project management and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple initiatives

  • Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail and execution

  • Strategic thinking with the ability to create long-term plans and align them with broader business goals

  • Proven ability to build trust and credibility with cross-functional Customer Success teams

  • Passion for enhancing the customer experience

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)

  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to clearly present both qualitative and quantitative business cases

  • A continuous learner who stays current with industry trends and brings fresh ideas to the team

  • A keen eye for design and aesthetics when creating presentations and collateral
