Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full Time
- Duration: 18 months
- Location: Anaheim, CA
- Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
- Shift: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.
- Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner.
- Support the Sales Department by answering questions via telephone, email, and fax.
- Research responses to inquiries and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Determine charges for services requested and collaborate with Corporate Accounts Receivable for payment collections.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Maintain customer pricing in the ERP system, including entering contracts as required.
- Implement procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
- Manage inventory shelf life and expiry records effectively.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and standard office software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
