Job Specifications:

• Job Type: Full Time
• Duration: 18 months
• Location: Anaheim, CA
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Shift: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.
• Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner.
• Support the Sales Department by answering questions via telephone, email, and fax.
• Research responses to inquiries and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Determine charges for services requested and collaborate with Corporate Accounts Receivable for payment collections.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Maintain customer pricing in the ERP system, including entering contracts as required.
• Implement procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
• Manage inventory shelf life and expiry records effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in customer support or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and standard office software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
