Remote Customer Service Specialist Location: Remote (based in Deerfield, IL)
Hourly Rate: $20/hr
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Specialist! This remote opportunity allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to a vital role in our organization, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Why Join Us:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage order fulfillment processes across multiple divisions via phone, fax, email, and other channels
• Provide exceptional service to external customers, patients, and Baxter team members
• Handle exceptions, inquiries, and correspondence diligently
• Accurately place orders, fulfill backorders, resolve shipping discrepancies, manage returns, and address customer requests
• Document service failures and work collaboratively with various departments to improve processes
• Assist customers with account setup and maintain essential records and reports

Required Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and web-based tools
• Ability to work remotely with a high-speed wired internet connection
• Superior customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Desire to work in a team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to cover shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM CT

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of JD Edwards system a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
