• Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84104
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Employment: Contract with potential to convert to full-time hire
What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative III? You will:
• Handle inbound customer service calls and resolve product inquiries
• Support sales representatives with local customer site visits (~5% travel)
• Communicate with warehouse technicians to confirm parts and services
• Use Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite for order tracking and reporting
• Participate in outside sales training and learn key product terminology (e.g., Goodwin Flight Pumps)
• Prepare and operate a Ford or Ram truck for customer visits (no towing required)
• Follow company safety protocols and wear PPE, including safety boots
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
• 1+ year of Salesforce experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills (phone and in-person)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Background in a trade, construction, or other hands-on technical field
• Valid driver's license and a clean MVR
• Interest in transitioning into an outside sales career path
• Comfort working in a warehouse/shop environment with safety protocols
