Kelly Services is working with a leading toiletries manufacturing company who is looking for a temp Customer Service Rep. If you are interested, please apply to the job with your 2026 resume.
- Pay: $20
- Shift: first
- Interacts with both wholesale and retail customers via telephone, email, to provide support and information on products.
- Collects and enters customer orders and tracks orders when needed.
- Provides support to Sales Representatives.
- Prepare, organize and file customer correspondence.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions.
- Prepare reports as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Must have their own CAR and live within a reasonable commuting distance
- Experience with Deacom is a plus.
- Experience working with Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Ability to work well independently as well as on a team.
- Excellent follow-up skills.
