Job details

• Interacts with both wholesale and retail customers via telephone, email, to provide support and information on products.
• Collects and enters customer orders and tracks orders when needed.
• Provides support to Sales Representatives.
• Prepare, organize and file customer correspondence.
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions.
• Prepare reports as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Must have their own CAR and live within a reasonable commuting distance 
• Experience with Deacom is a plus.
• Experience working with Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Ability to work well independently as well as on a team.
• Excellent follow-up skills.
