Kelly Services is hiring a Customer Service Specialist/Office Administrator in Aston, PA!
We're seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented professional to support customer inquiries, order processing, and office administration in an industrial distribution environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who enjoys solving problems and supporting clients.
Position: Customer Service Specialist/Office Administrator
Location: Aston, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Assignment Type: Temp to Hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Address incoming calls, emails, and customer requests related to quotes, orders, deliveries, returns, credits, and product selection
- Accurately enter invoices, production orders, credit applications, purchase orders, and quotes in the company's ERP system
- Verify product pricing, order terms, and shipping dates; communicate updates to customers in a timely manner
- Support finance and sales teams to resolve customer account issues, order discrepancies, and expedite requests
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer files and records
- Participate in training on products, processes, and order management systems
- Assist with office administration and other tasks as needed
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or order processing experience in an office or industrial environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook; strong data entry skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational talent and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities
- Associates Degree preferred
- Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 or similar ERP a plus
