Pay Rate:
$20.00–$21.50 per hour (based on experience)

A typical day in this role:
•    Answer customer calls efficiently and professionally.
•    Process customer orders via fax, EDI, and phone, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
•    Provide daily support to field representatives, including proof of delivery and order inquiries.

•    Have 1–2 years of office or customer service experience.
•    Hold a High School Diploma or GED (required).
•    Excel at communication and problem-solving.
•    Are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
