Customer Service Representative
Stryker Instruments - Neurotechnology & Spine

Job Summary:
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and provide exceptional customer service in sales, promotions, installations, and communications. You will play a key role in maintaining good customer relations, resolving claims and complaints, and proactively informing and educating customers. You will work within defined procedures and guidelines to ensure efficient decision-making. If you have a basic understanding of work routines and procedures, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Job Specifications:

  • Job Type: Fulltime

  • Location: Remote
  • Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
  • Shift: 10:30 am – 7:00 pm EST
  • Duration: Up to 18 months with potential conversion
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle sales inquiries, promotions, installations, and communications effectively
  • Resolve customer claims and complaints in accordance with consumer laws
  • Develop organizationwide initiatives to inform and educate customers
  • Collaborate with teams to develop improvement plans based on customer surveys
  • Adhere to welldefined procedures and guidelines in decision-making
  • Maintain a minimum of 35 cases per 8hour shift with 99.8% quality
  • Willingness to work overtime when required
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Basic understanding of work routines and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively within defined procedures and guidelines
  • Familiarity with technical procedures related to customer service
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with customer service software
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
