Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Pharmaceuticals
Location: Weston, FL
Salary: $42,000 – $45,000 annually
Job Summary
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support existing customer accounts, build strong client relationships, and help drive overall satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer requests for quotations (RFQs) and provide accurate pricing in line with company procedures.
- Determine customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions, including alternatives based on cost, availability, or specifications.
- Accurately process customer transactions such as sales quotations and orders.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Team to track product availability and with the Warehouse Team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Support growth opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Analyze customer purchasing patterns and sales history to identify trends.
- Maintain a high level of product and regional market knowledge.
- Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction, address issues, and resolve complaints.
- Partner with the Finance Team to support timely customer payments.
- Manage time effectively to meet personal and team goals while maintaining superior customer service.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and a professional image always.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

- Strong customer service and follow-up skills; proactive and well-organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and listening skills.
- High integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle challenging customer interactions diplomatically.
- Business math skills (basic algebra, ratios, etc.).
- Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently.
