What's a typical day as a Customer Service Rep? You'll be:
• Handling a variety of transactions and assisting in the proper execution of inter-company orders and customer orders
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Generating sales orders; ensuring that pricing conditions are accurate and kept up to date for each customer.
• Executing on-time delivery, tracking and managing outstanding customer payments; tracking product shipments on a daily basis.
• File claims for lost shipments 
• May need to contact the shipping carrier or customs to resolve issues or provide additional paperwork 
• Maintains customer pricing and terms.
• Providing courteous customer service and effective communication with clients, company representatives
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have the ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite.
