Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Customer Advisor in Des Plaines, IL.  We are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated with a proactive, positive attitude.
 
This is a Direct Hire, Permanent position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Job Details
This individual will deliver exceptional service, build strong relationships, and help customers find the right products to fit their needs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are customer-obsessed, and love solving problems, we want to hear from you.

Job Description
Engage with customers via phone, email, and web to understand needs and recommend products
Take inbound calls and provide prompt, professional responses
Promote relevant products and services to new and existing customers
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to maximize lifetime value
Identify, prioritize, and escalate client concerns when necessary to ensure resolution
Accurately input and process web and email orders
Seek opportunities for continuous improvement through customer feedback and insights


Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated with a proactive, positive attitude
Experience with ERP systems preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Customer service experience required; sales experience a plus
Proficiency in English; multilingual skills a bonus
