Job Title: CRM Campaign Manager
Pay Rate: $40.50/hour
Contract Duration: 3 months
Work Setup: Hybrid (New York City)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced and strategic CRM Campaign Manager to lead customer relationship management and loyalty initiatives for one of our retail brands. This role combines creative marketing leadership with data-driven strategy, ensuring customer engagement and retention across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and collaborative, with a proven ability to manage complex marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead the strategic development of CRM and loyalty marketing initiatives, driving customer retention and engagement.

Manage end-to-end campaign execution (email, SMS, and other digital channels) including planning, briefing, creative development, production, and performance analysis.

Develop and maintain the 1:1 and 1:many CRM calendar for Target Optical in coordination with the global CRM campaign team.

Create marketing communication plans aligned with brand goals and customer insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to enhance customer experience across all touchpoints.

Analyze campaign results, report on performance, and recommend optimization strategies.

Partner with Customer Intelligence, IT, and Omni-channel teams to maximize CRM technology and loyalty program impact.

Drive innovation in customer journeys, engagement programs, and loyalty dynamics.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Advertising, or related field) or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, loyalty marketing, or campaign management.

Strong understanding of consumer behavior, segmentation, and multi-channel campaign execution.

Proven project management and analytical skills with a results-driven approach.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a matrixed organization.

Experience with marketing platforms such as Oracle Responsys or IBM Unica is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in eCommerce, retail, or optical industries.

Background in consulting or agency environments.
