Corn Sorter – Switz City, IN

Join our dynamic team in Switz City as a Corn Sorter for the upcoming seasonal harvest! This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the agricultural process while working in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Seasonal – runs through approximately October/November.
Location: N Switz City IN 47465
Pay Rate: $15.89 per hour
Shift: 1st shift. Monday-Saturday, 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. Shifts may end earlier (approx. 2:30 pm) once location is more fully staffed.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sort and grade corn based on quality and size.
- Once the corn comes into the facility it goes through conveyors and the sorters judge it for quality
-  Look at it and choose to put it back on the conveyor to be dehusked or route it elsewhere if it doesn't meet quality
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience preferred.
- Proficient in English to communicate effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team.
- Previous experience in agricultural roles is a plus but not required.
- Have a HSD or GED
