We're seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Des Moines, IA. This is a full-time, onsite role offering the chance to oversee high-profile projects from the ground up.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (overtime frequently available)

What You'll Do:

• Oversee construction projects from planning to completion

• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively

• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive success

• Proactively monitor project performance and resolve issues

• Ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience (required)

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

• Experience with power generation, industrial generators, HVAC, electrical, or MEP systems (a plus)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
