Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00pm
Pay: $19/hour

Position Overview
- We're looking for a skilled Compliance Coordinator to join our team
- Support the development, implementation and enforcement of Loaner Standard Operating Procedures policies and procedures.
- Ensure that Loaner processes are managed in accordance with Global and Local Quality Standards and CSA requirements.
- Ensures appropriate utilization of protective equipment and tools, to avoid potential exposure and contamination of hazardous materials.
- Track all process performance; monitor and record a variety of records to demonstrate execution of processes with zero deviations
- Escalate appropriately all the deviations from the SOPs. Executes non-conformance process when appropriate. Participates in all corrective actions to ensure sustainable quality compliance.

Responsibilities
- Customer Facing Responsibilities
- Agent Support
Coordinate with agents to provide implants and instrument to support hospital and surgeon requirements
Identify and resolves issues related to set availability and returns
Collaborate with US Logistics and JJMC Logistics to provide alternate solutions when Canadian sets are not available. - On Call 24/7 support for all DePuy Synthes businesses. Regional Director CLS Director, CLS Lead, DePuy Synthes Loaner Processing, DePuy Synthes Loaner Coordinator
- Set Deployment
Collaborate with the Loaner team, Agents, and Marketing to coordinate set delivery at customer location - On Call 24/7 support for all businesses
- Interact with OR nurses and SPD staff at the hospitals to ensure proper handling of implants and instrument
- Update SAP / myMediset and I2R workflow system to reflect set deployment activit
- Ensure that orders are processed with urgency and accuracy on a daily basis
- Process Management and Execution
- Bill of Material Maintenance/Review
- In collaboration with marketing, maintain accuracy of Bill of Materials (BOM's) for Instrument and Implant set
- Maintain Instrument Set Picture Data Base
- Instrument Supply Management
Maintain physical and system records of work in process (WIP) and/or unpackaged/excess instrumentation
- Set Building
- Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Planning and Finance to identify set building
- Monitor equipment and initiate service calls as necessary. Build and maintain relationships with the service technicians of equipment vendors: Steris, Siemens, etc
- Drive or participate in Loaner projects and initiatives in alignment with Operations and Franchise imperatives
Qualifications
- Relevant knowledge and experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Physical Distribution Environment
- Results and performance driven
- Ability to work independently and without direct supervision, demonstrating a high sense of urgency
- Demonstrated experience in roles requiring high attention to detail
- Must be flexible and have the ability to rotate through various roles within the department
- Ability to work and effectively manage priorities in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Must be co-operative, alert, accept directions and work collaboratively with team members
- High School Diploma
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Compliance
- Pharmaceutical Manufacturing background
- Knowledge of surgical instruments
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
- Use of PPE required on the production floor.
- Physical activities include standing, walking, climbing, lifting, pushing/pulling, crouching, and grasping.
